Thunderegg fossicking is a unique activity for the whole family. You can discover your own hidden treasures from prehistoric volcanic lava in the world's largest Thunderegg Mine.
Admission includes a Souvenir Miner's Permit and the use of a pick and bucket for collecting your treasures.
Please note children must be supervised by a paying adult at all times, and fully enclosed shoes must be worn by all persons entering the mine. Children under five years of age will receive a pick but are required to share a bucket with a paying fossicker. ARRIVING WITHIN LESS THAN FIVE (5) MINUTES OF YOUR BOOKED SESSION MAY RESULT IN YOUR BOOKING BEING TRANSFERRED TO THE NEXT AVAILABLE TIMESLOT.
